Refund policy

You can cancel your order at any time if the order has not been shipped.

If your package is delivered back to us due to an address problem, we give you the option to choose one of the following:

1. Reship your package and charge you shipping again
2. Send the product back at 100% product refund and 0% of the shipping

Note: Your product that has come back is deemed unsellable. We do not resell returned product.

If we contact you about your package coming back and you do not respond within 30 days, no refund of any kind will be given as too much time has passed and the product is considered a total loss.
